I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT. Cognitive therapy helps people learn to replace unhelpful thought patterns with more realistic and less harmful thoughts. It also helps people think more clearly and control their own thoughts better.
I have worked with pioneers in CBT Aaron Beck, Judith Beck, Gary Emery. I have developed a unique and proven therapy method that stays true to their methods while being more accessible and engaging for people.
